The only knock against them is the long walk to the beach (which they have a shuttle for during the day, but i really wish they had a shuttle back around dinner time or into the night hours). "This is a family fun business that can be seen in the hosipality provided by the family. The staffs at the time of our visit were all family members who were so polite and accommodating. Gave us information on where to go, how to get there and most importantly the "free parking" spots we could use. The rooms are clean and has the essentials one needs for their stay. We booked the cave and suite rooms, both decorated esthetically. Pinterest worthy! They have a small selection of food menu...

"Perfect spot close to beaches and shops and restaurants. Great views, easy to get around. Unfortunately we had several Power outages which made cooking meals challenging, but the management responded promptly when we raised our concerns and tried to rectify them. Daily breakfasts were lovely and Patricia was very helpful and reaponaive."

We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. The cleaners said they smelt the odour but the manager came in to the room and...

"The front desk charged extra for having 2 extra friends in our hotel room for a couple hours. Though the max occupancy is 3 in the room. I couldn’t believe it. It was a total of 4 of us and they were there for a couple hrs. They used no amenities of the hotel. Front desk was so rude. The hotel is very nice and clean. It’s very very windy since the hotel is high up on a hill so we didn't really enjoy the pool. But we would not stay again. "
