"This property was the worst I have have stayed at. broken window blinds, broken towel rack with no hand towels or washcloth no shampoo, or body soap, broken TV remote: the batteries were taped in. once we got the tv on, we couldn't adjust volume or turn it off; no hangers, nothing to wash the dishes with, stains all over the furniture, surface of kitchen chairs so ripped up we couldn't sit on them. "There was a bit of a hiccup in the check in process, but that was due to me not receiving the check in email. That was easily remedied through a short phone call though. The apartment was clean, and tidy. It worked well for our visit for family day and graduation."
