Nestled at the end of a mature street, our charming five-bedroom home offers the perfect coastal retreat for families, crews or groups. Just a ten-minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean and a quick two-min. drive to downtown, you’ll have the best of both worlds-peaceful seclusion and convenient access to local attractions. The space
My home is located at the end of a quiet street surrounded by trees with a large double deck for entertaining with ample room for parking up to 6 vehicles. It is a short walk or drive to the ocean and shopping. The dairy bar ( Golden G) is just a 10 minute walk away for those hot days.
Guest access
Guest have access to the main floor, upstairs, laundry, deck, and fenced in back yard with dog house. Guest also have access to the games on the bookshelf, fire place and any food or spices in the cupboard or fridge.
Other things to note
I accept early checkin but ask to be notified in advance. I am able to accommodate in most cases, however when I have back to back booking ie. checkout and checkin on the same day my cleaner needs 4 hrs to get the house and bedding done. It is a older home and the water pressure is good but not the strongest, like in the city.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave keys in the mail box as my cleaner will be by at checkout.
Garbage day is Friday, early mornings so if possible place garbage in clear bags provided and leave beside road as the garbage crew don't take garbage out of garbage cans and only accept clear bags.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
