There were a few problems like hair dryer and microwave not working, but they were taken care of immediately so we couldn't ask for more! I was truly impressed with the care and service and we stayed there two weeks doing the fair!"

"I pre-checked in online, when I've done this before there was no waiting my room key was ready with waiting at all. The desk clerk was not at the desk when I got there and it took about 5 minutes for him to show up after I called on the house phone. It then took another 5 to 10 minutes before my room key was ready. Why did I even pre-check in. In the room I was supposed to get a king size bed, it turned out to be a queen."
