"Our stay was great for 1 night to fly out from Zurich airport, hotel was nice & airport shuttle was A1. I've a problem though with the hotel tax of 3.50 CHF/p. I paid your staff Dilan the 7 CHF in cash upon checkin (May 2), she didn't give me a receipt, thinking that's OK. Came home & found out I was charged Cdn $12+ on my cred card. I assume it's the hotel tax as nothing was damaged, messaged hotel yesterday but no reply. Please respond. Thank you!"

"Receptionist was kind. Easy check -n and check-out I liked that it shuttled us to and from airport. I don’t like that we had to pay to get a shuttle to the airport. Should be part of services. "
