"My family and I chose to stay at the Vegetable Farm in Lancaster County because we LOVE the area, and we were in town for the annual WWII weekend in Reading, PA. The home was so beautiful and clean, with every amenity you could ask for. Our son enjoyed the playground in the back, and we loved sitting on the front porch every morning watching the cows and nearby horses. This home is in the heart of Amish country! Rose was an amazing host, super accommodating of a couple of last minute requests....

"Martha and her husband are good people, their back porch is great, all kinds of snacks. I like pepsi but they had coke, just kidding, no biggie, it was great, will return again. Very enjoyable quiet area….God is great!!!"

"Location looked just as pictured. The screen door, front door and bathroom door need a little TLC, but this did not negatively impact our stay. Screen door doesn't shut. Key gets stuck in lock on front door and the knob jiggles. The latch on the inner portion of the bathroom door needs tightened. Nice and clean on the inside."

"This was probably one of my favorite VRBOs! The accommodations were lovely. Everything was cozy and comfortable and the deck overlooking the pond was a fantastic place to read and have coffee. We felt conveniently located to all the area had to offer. The best part of the rental was the sweet family that hosted us. The Fox family are not at all intrusive but are kind and welcoming and happy to assist with anything you might need. Two thumbs up for this little jewel!"

"Wonderful stay! Seamless check-in and checkout. We booked our stay initially for the Lantern Festival but also visited the Kitchen Kettle Village as suggested by our hosts David and Ester who are both very kind. We were going to visit their farm and buggy ride the following day but we were all tuckered out from exploring and the festival. (It gives us a reason to return!) Instead, we grabbed a bite at the Speckled Hen (which is also kid / family friendly) has cool playground and headed back...
