Grass Valley Courtyard Suites

10/10 Excellent

"I loved the uniqueness of the property. Check in was so easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful"

National Exchange Hotel

8/10 Good

"Room was very small and the only place to hang clothes was on a wall hook with three hangers. The bathroom was really large, so perhaps a real clothes rod could be put in there? Our view was a brick wall a few feet away, so that was disappointing. There was a nice lounge area with a ginormous couch where we spent evenings, but the bar there was closed. USB ports would be nice somewhere in the hotel."

Secluded 'Green' Award-Winning Contemporary Lakefront Home

10/10 Excellent

"Very quiet, and secluded location with a Lakeview and trail leading down to it. Property was very comfortable. Love the bed and bedding and pillows. We didn't cook while we were there but seemed like sufficient pans and utensils if you wanted to. There is no cable TV so you have to learn how to use the Blu-ray, which was a challenge for us, but we made it through. property is really immersed in the forest with so many doors and windows all around it bringing the outside in.Modern bathroom sink but could have used a good scrubbing. Really enjoyed all the decking around the exterior for sitting outside. Owner was nice enough to let us have early access on the day we drove up so my husband could lie down."

Spacious 6-bedroom house in Grass Valley, great for multi-family gathering

8/10 Good

"The property was absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, and accommodated our group of 17 very comfortably for our 3-day stay. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and we had an amazing time enjoying the pool and deck. We genuinely wished we could have added another night or two.A quick tip for future renters:Standard cosmetic wear or loose concealed hinges can get flagged post-checkout. After our stay, the owner noted repair requests to their insurance company for three cabinet doors. One cabinet door we noticed to be off the hinge upon our arrival but did not flag it with the owner. The other two cabinets, we did not use. In a massive, multi-room home packed with a multitude of cabinets and drawers, guests naturally aren't auditing every cabinet interior during a short visit. However, my advice to future guests is to document the condition of the home very carefully upon arrival and immediately report anything that appears loose, damaged or out of place."
