If you're looking for a getaway to go fishing, hunting, kayaking or just to relax, then welcome to Papas Dream lakehouse in Stevenson Alabama. It has room for up to 6 with two bedrooms with full size beds, two bedrooms with twin beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with gas stove and microwave, dining room, two screened in porches that overlook the water. Our home is right on the water and a 30 second drive from nearest boat dock. If you're kayaking you can put in behind the house, Our back yard is TVA owned property. Any maintenance along the bank is TVA responsibility. There is a front and back porch. Grill out and watch the sunset then relax in the outdoor patio in front of the fire pit. Three Wall unit air conditioners and three gas wall heaters. Currently, streaming is available through Fubo. Hughesnet is only internet available in our area, it can be slow. We're constantly working to update this home to make it what we envision it to be. This home started out as a much older mobile home, previous owners added onto it for years. It's rustic, but it's comfortable and cozy. It needs some repairs and updates and we are working on all, it’s a slow process unless you win the lottery😀. Please note that our neighbors are permanent residents and have dogs that roam free and often visit the property so if you plan on bringing a pet of your own be mindful of this. Please read details in photos. Once you turn off of highway 117 it’ll take about 10 minutes to arrive at our place. You’ll also go past Coon Gulf-Glawson. Nearest grocery stores are about 15 minutes away along with places to eat. Mud creek bbq is about 30 minutes away. Russell cave national monument is in Bridgeport just a short drive out. Unclaimed baggage center close by in Scottsboro Alabama. Fishing in south coon is top notch but if you wish to fish In Guntersville its about 40 minute boat ride. We are connected to the Guntersville lake. Please see our maps.

Property has quarterly servicing through cooks pest control. Lawn service is bi-weekly.
Remember you’re in the woods so there will be critters around like bugs, mosquitoes, spiders, mice and snakes. Always be careful outside. We work hard to prevent any getting inside but it’s still possible to happen.
