"Incredible location and harbor views. Big room. Would have liked a regular duvet but it was a thinner one. Very friendly staff. I parked in a big parking garage called Harbor 5. I thought it was going to be payed for by the hotel but it wasn’t. $35 per 24 hours. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Check out was 12 noon which I liked. I would come back. "

"We were put in the wrong type of room which was manageable but annoying when traveling with a child. They only refreshed towels once during our stay of 4 nights and the room had a spot where the fridge had clearly leaked prior to us arriving, leaving it soggy. The room was dark. The staff was wonderful and very friendly but the hotel itself left much to be desired. You have to reserve a pool time as well which was a pain. "

"The building is a nice example of 1930s style and architecture, but it shows serious signs of wear and tear in the hallways and in the rooms. The rooms are modest at best. The "fitness center" is basically none existent, the staff isn't very knowledgeable of the local area, I waited for 20mins at valet to drop off my vehicle when I arrived, the breakfast buffet was cancelled some time ago, but they still advertise it as an offering... needless to say it is very overpriced for what they're actually offering. "
