"Our Lady Host was AMAZING - she spoke great English, was very classy and paid attention to every detail. MOST OF ALL she simply wanted to ensure we had an amazing stay and enjoyed Salzburg. You will NOT find better communication or service anywhere else in Europe. We will return to Salzburg and will ONLY stay at Townhouse Weisses Krenz!!!"

"3 minute walk from the Salzburg train station. Fun jungle like vibe. Loved the swing in our room and the shades at night feeling like we were in a cocoon. "

"The staff was friendly and very accommodating-there is a public transit stop just 2 minutes away on a major bus route that makes local travel really easy. There are two grocery stores within a couple blocks and a number of places to eat close by with a broad selections of local and international tastes. We had a room with two twin beds as I was traveling with my granddaughter - there are few hotels with that option- the room was small but comfortable and had an enclosed balcony-there is no refrigerator, microwave or air conditioning like in typical US hotels - but for Salzburg it was very pleasant and comfortable and I would very much recommend it

"Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were modern and clean. Had an amazing view from my room (had the view of the train tracks and mountains) and enjoyed seeing the unobstructed sunrises from my bed. The bar also had some amazing panoramic views at the top. Conveniently located near the train station so itâs easy for connections and walking distances to altstadt and attractions. Unlike many other train stations in Europe, Salzburg main station feels safe and doesnât have any sketchy persons around so safety was not an issue for me. "
