Cute, clean and conveniently located a few blocks from the beach, we had a lovely stay the Surf Lodge. Bed was very comfortable.

Room was very tidy and cute and the staff came by shortly after we arrived to make sure we have everything we needed, let us know that there was parking available for us, and provide us with a basket of soda water

The reception desk was exceptional and the location and quality of the well appointed room couldn't have been better, will definitely be back and visit again! However, I would recommend calling the actual hotel you are wanting to book before booking with Expedia. The hotel pricing upon check-in was below Expedia's listed rate and after a long conversation with Expedia, they didn't honor the lower rate. In my opinion, this is a poor business decision by Expedia and I won't be using their services again.

Perfect lodging for the area. Small, super clean, efficient rooms, there’s so much to do in Stinson Beach that the room just needs to be comfortable ( great bed!!!) and easy. The manager/owner was exceptionally nice and helpful, I’d recommend this to anybody and everybody who is traveling and needs a safe, comfy, perfect location room (s)

The property was very nice , so clean and the bed was so comfy. We really enjoyed the design and the look of the property. The proximity to the beach was perfect and parking was great. The front office personnel was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the Surf Lodge and hope to go back again soon !

My Happy Place!

I have stayed at Surf Lodge several times. Always amazing! The bed is THE BEST! I usually travel alone and reserve the Economy queen which is perfect for one or two people. The lodge is located on the main road, right next to shops and Breakers café (best ceviche around!), and just a short walk to the most majestic beach I've ever experienced! Stinson Surf Lodge is well worth the stay!

Excellent location and amenities. Very happy with every aspect of the stay. Do a google street view of the area and you get the idea of the feel and vibe. If that's the place you want to go, then this is the place to stay.

I appreciated the welcoming, quiet, and friendly place. It was a very comfortable room with a kitchenette, close to the beach, trails, and shops. I had pretty beautiful days.

Love this place!!!

The Surf Lodge is amazing and Kelly was the best! We spent 4th of July week here and could have stayed another week... They have a beautiful rooms, a fire pit with cozy blankets, an outdoor shower, beach chairs, in room Nespresso, beach chairs and towels... Everything is well appointed, gorgeous, and we enjoyed a next level us s'mores kit on our last night. In addition, we had a glitch with our Hotels.com booking that was really not the Surf Lodge's problem, but Kelly took it on anyway and resolved the problem for us. Customer service is really important to us, and the Surf Lodge was on point...We will definitely be back!!!
