In your private outdoor area, you will find 2 beautiful verandas with a dining table and lounge areas with sea views. There is furthermore an outdoor solar shower at your disposal, whose water is heated by the solar energy. A supermarket is just 100 m from your front door and you can reach a fantastic variety of shops, restaurants and bars in 8 minutes walking (600 m). A small, local beach is 900 m away and the popular sandy beach Spiaggia delle Saline, which stretches for kilometres along the coast, is about 4 km or a 6-minute drive from the property.



Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.

Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. Please inform the host before your arrival if you need towels and bed linen.

The property charges a fee for electricity use.

The drain of the outdoor shower is not connected to the sewage system. We therefore strongly recommend that you refrain from using soaps and shampoos under the outdoor shower. Please only use the outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming in salt water.
