"Spacious and clean villa in nice location. Plenty of room in bedrooms etc. I’ve bathrooms. No air conditioning which on Aug was very hot although fans provided in each room which helped. Pool area was clean and relaxing area. Kitchen/cooking equipment could be a bit better stocked eg. No baking tray, tea towels but when asked owner quickly came back with latter. Stuntino is lovely with great beeches. A car is needed. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"The villa was not up to the standard I would expect at this price, the location was ok, but not good, very close to other villas, and if you like listening to parents screaming at their children in German all day then this is good for you. Very poor standard of decoration and fit, plumbing was substandard with a broken shower which we had to get fixed. Why it was not checked before we arrived I really don't understand. The decor is very poor, with numerous bits of wooden wall fittings hanging...

"La posizione della casa è decentrata da Stintino. Non ci sono state comunicati tutti i costi indiretti dovuti a prenotazione spiaggia La Pelosa e i posteggi a pagamento che equivalgono a 15 / 20 euro al giorno. Le altre spiagge libere sono piene di alghe e quelle a pagamento sono intorno a 35 euro giorno per un ombrellone e due lettini. Non ci sono grossi supermercati nei dintorni."

"Bon séjour mis à part le mobilier de jardin pas très entretenu (matelas de bain soleil éventré), piscine un peu sale à l'arrivée mais nettoyée par la suite) sinon il ne manquait rien dans la maison, les chambres étaient spacieuses. Gros bémol : les commerces de proximité fermés alors qu'il était noté sur l'annonce qu'ils étaient ouverts. (septembre) ce serait bien de le signaler"

"Careful, hidden costs: the place charges extra for linen. Also not recommended for short term rental. One roll of toilet paper was the only consumable, no salt, pepper, dish washing detergent or more toilet paper that people usually require. There is also a deposit in cash and we received last minute cleaning requirements to receive the deposit back, which was weird. Otherwise ok and large place, the neighborhood is a bit boring, nothing walkable close by."

"la villa e' stupenda, si vede il mare e le aree esterne sono ben suddivise, c'e' una piscina fantastica con manutenzione costante. la casa all'interno offre 3 camere da letto molto curate con materassi comodi e climatizzatore. la propietaria CRISTINA, e' stata super disponibile, si e' messa a disposizione per garantirci massimo servizio, e assiistenza. consiglio di prenotare anche per la sua posizione strategica all'interno del ccuntry village. consigliatissimo."

"Es war die perfekte Ferienwohnung für unseren Urlaub als Familie mit zwei Eltern und zwei Kindern. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Laufnähe zum Strand, Infrastruktur ist in der Nähe. Insbesondere die Gastgeber sind herzlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können uns vorstellen wiederzukommen."

"Aucun N° pour trouver la maison, Le ménage est facturé 150 euros mais il reste tout a faire. Les poignées de portes sont a moitié cassées, sur le gaz, seuls 2 feux fonctionnent sur 5, un lit est envahi de fourmis. L'éclairage du living ne permet pas de voir ce qu'on mange le soir, les abattants des 2 wc ne tiennent pas, le bas des murs est moisis sur 20 à 30 cm, la baignoire est rouillée, interrupteur cassé, etc... rien n'est réparé ! Le gestionnaire n'a jamais voulu se déplacer pour constaté...

"Unterkunft an sich top in Ordnung, sehr sauber, Ausstattung mit Pool und A/C gut, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das empfanden wir nicht als Problem. Leider ist die Unterkunft Teil einer riesigen, Anfang Oktober praktisch komplett ausgestorbenen Anlage ohne jegliche Infrastruktur. ALLES war geschlossen, zum Einkauf 8km mit dem Auto nach Stintino, ebenso zum Essen. "

"The property and house were very nice. When we first got there the humidity and temperature where uncomfortable but after the first day things got better. The master bedroom and bathroom are very nice with air-conditioning. The other bedrooms are in a basement area with 2 shared bathrooms . The bedrooms have no air-conditioning and if it's hot can be challenging . The owner met us and gave us some good information and said air-conditioning is on there list for installation soon. The house...

"The stay was very comfortable, but I would like to say that some beds were covered by ants. We use to clean it before sleeping and everyday we arrived at night was again full of ants. After waking up, ants were covering us while sleeping. Apart from that, I think it's a very economic place to stay. Close to the villa there are very pretty beaches. I recommend it and would go back again, no matter how many ants I have ate during my sleep."
