"The check in was smooth plus staff were helpful, the pool / spa was good condition, everything open and well kept but the rooms were not 4 star standard , quite worn carpets , and bunk beds were old , the breakfast was not nice , very dry , had been left out on hot lamps for a while and should of been regularly replaced and regularly checked, scrambled eggs were awful , black pudding ,and sausages were dry and tasteless so not the 4 star quality in a Scottish hotel that we were expecting sadly . The 24 hour reception when called later at night was unmanned and no one answered when we wanted fresh water either so they shouldn’t say there is a 24 hour reception if no one is at reception. "

"Good location for the center of Glasgow. Clean and friendly staff. Rooms are small so not suited to people who want to spend a lot of time in them. Perfect if you just need somewhere central that’s good value for money. "
