The staff was very polite. The rooms are really clean. They don’t have Wi-Fi. I don’t think but that’s OK. It’s a quiet tucked away hotel very close to the highway and close to the airport. Lots of eateries and grocery store right there in the immediate area.

The staff, room, check-in/out experience, and overall process were excellent! I was very pleased with the service and accommodations. Unfortunately, the breakfast was extremely disappointing. The chicken was not appealing and appeared to be undercooked. The gravy looked old, thick, and dry, and there was not an adequate selection of breakfast items. I strongly recommend improving the breakfast area, including the quality, freshness, presentation, and variety of the food. The rest of my experience was excellent, and an upgraded breakfast would make the overall stay much more enjoyable.

We had a spacious suite that was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and pillows and good-quality towels. The sofa had a nice design and was clean, although it was a little too firm to sit on for extended periods. Breakfast was fairly standard, with nothing particularly special. A nice bonus was that there was a good Mexican restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. Check-in took longer than expected. The receptionist seemed a little flustered, and processing the $100 incidentals deposit took at least 15 minutes. She mentioned that paying the deposit in cash would be faster, as she was worried about making a mistake with the payment. We found this unusual, as we had never been asked to pay a deposit in cash before. Eventually, she completed the check-in process. Another concern is that seven days after providing our credit card for the incidentals deposit, the $100 had still not been refunded.

The property was great , rooms were great. The only problem I had was the staff at the front desk ( morning & overnight service) they weren’t friendly at all, don’t get me wrong I don’t expect anyone to kiss my b*tt but they didn’t acknowledge me when I came through the lobby or even recognized me as a guest. I only stayed one night but that visit left a bad taste in my mouth.
