"I went to Leicester to see the Richard III museum, which was excellent. What I saw of the town itself was quite dirty my daughter did not feel safe walking to a restaurant a little distance from our hotel. HOWEVER, the hotel was excellent. Extremely clean, large room, very quiet and quite comfortable. The staff were wonderful."

"Nice little couple of nights. The bed is comfortable enough, the Air Conditioner was working fine. There is tea and coffee as much as you want but it is downstairs in the lobby. The only downside was the toilet was a little too cramped but all in all a nice place to stay. Have to mention the reception staff. The lady that welcomed me was very friendly and helpful and had a good sense of humour as we had a little joke. "

"Really lovely hotel - excellent quality, with superb rooms with aircon and The White Company toiletries in the en-suite. Great breakfast, and lovely friendly staff. The only downside to this hotel is that they charge guests £6 to park, and also £15 per guest to use the swimming pool! Crazy when the rooms cost £160 per night. Come on KPH - don’t let yourself down on these points when otherwise the stay is top class. Where else really do you expect your guests to park? Otherwise, a great stay."
