Best hotel of any I have stayed in in last three years. Cleanliness is impeccable and room las large with clean carpeting. Centrally located and near the Silja ferry dock. I was asked if I would be having breakfast in the morning I said I had an early flight and they said they would pack me something to take and the next morning they remembered! Never had such excellent service.

Excellent stay in Stockholm, right in Old Town ( Gamla Stan). We had a large room , very comfortable king size bed, spacious bathroom, all the toiletries were great quality, organic and eco friendly. There is an Nespresso coffee machine with provided coffee pods. Excellent service, friendly and professional, a lot of excellent suggestions on what to do and places to see. Great place and I have never seen a hotel also offers dinner and breakfast. Staff was to kind to feed me even I arrive around midnight

Brilliant hotel all around. Room, location, service, views!

The hotel in central to just about everything: no need to take mass transit at all. Just steps away are wonderful cafes and all the sights. The rooms are beautifully Swedish in style, clean and comfortable. I was in a single room, albeit small it was perfect! Breakfast was a great traditional smorgasbord and the staff could not be more accommodating in taking coffee orders. It was wonderful coming back to the hotel each evening as you can leave all the noise behind you...

We found ourselves in a medical situation with my mother at the hospital close to the hotel. The whole team, from the owner to the front desk attendant, was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay, whether arranging taxis, extending the nights as needed, recommending restaurants and just checking on our wellbeing. The wine gift was a wonderful welcome after a long trip, but the best was when they suggested getting tickets for Springsteen (who we didn't know was in town) and helped...

Very clean, well appointed property with an abundance of upscale and convenient dining, shopping, and transport options in close proximity. Excellent 24/7 service. Generous breakfast buffet.

We just got home from a wonderful week stay at NOFO. It was fantastic! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and fun (stay there and you'll see what I mean). The hotel location is perfect-- close to public transportation and in walking distance of great restaurants. The breakfast that is served every morning is delicious and it was super convenient to have a wine bar on the property. I don't have anything but good things to say! We can't wait to return. Tack!

We stayed at Hotel Skeppsholmen for the nights in May 2024. It was unseasonably warm outside, but the air-conditioned room was always nice and cool. The hotel's location is convenient to get around Stockholm, yet tranquil and quiet. The island of Skeppsholem has the Modern Museum, the Toy Museum, and a few restaurants. This hotel is run very efficiently. All the staff working here are attentive and give very personalized service. Our Premium Room with Panoramic View was everything I had imagined and then some! The view was mesmerizing ……esp. at night. Watching the moon juxtaposed with the majestic City Hall was stunning. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices and a great way to start the day. Will most certainly stay at this hotel …… and this room the next time we are in Stockholm!

Awesome location, so many great food and drink options nearby. The staff is super friendly and very helpful for offering advice. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its central location, stunning views from the rooms, and exceptionally helpful staff made our holiday truly special. Highlights included the outstanding breakfast and the fantastic running corner inside the hotel, where guests could try Saucony running shoes and join the Nordic team on their morning runs. A special shoutout to the Room Division Manager, who handled a small misunderstanding during check-in with great professionalism, kindness, and care....

We loved the Lady Hamilton Hotel. The location was fantastic, just around the corner is the Cathedral and The Royal Palace. Very little car traffic in Gamla Stan so it was great for walking around. Metro, Ferry and Hop on - Hop off buses are all within 5-10 minute walk from hotel. Hotel itself is very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Little different variety each morning...Loved the pastries! If you are looking for a small local hotel I highly recommend...
