Cigarettrök kom in i rummet genom ventilation. Stark obehaglig lukt. Kändes som personen i rummet bredvid blossade på ordentligt men söder är rök förbud i hela hotellet? Förstörde min vistelse och sömn. Otroligt dåligt i dessa dagar att sånt kan hända - byggnaden är rätt ny så sådant ska inte behöva förekomma. De måste ha byggt fel.

Vi har varit det här hotellet flera gånger. Nästan alla hotell receptionist är trevligt. Det här gånger var över förväntan vid incheckning för att personalen pratade mitt hemlandet språk till mig. Det var super trevligt!

Le ménage n’est pas fait dans les chambre pendant toute la durée du séjour - meme quand on reste une semaine. Il faut descendre soit même ses poubelles etc. Cela fonctionne plus comme une location de studios.

1. Iskallt i rummet då vi kom Alla fönstren var öppna (7gr utetemp). Gick inte att öka temp på elementen. 2. Toapapper slut i hållaren, fanns inga reservrullar. 3. Tvål slut vid handfatet. 4. 4 glödlampor i belysningar trasiga. 5. Toapper instoppat i takavluftningsventil i hallen (tog bort det)

Vi var väldigt nöjda med boendet

Ingen städning på 4 nätter pga Corona men det gick att byta handdukar. Vi skötte oss själva som var väldigt bra i dessa tider. Det lilla köket hade allt vi behövde. Man kunde köpa färdigmat i restaurangen. Väldigt tyst och lugnt.

Okej hotell men sängen var skräp

Upplevelsen på hotellet var generellt sett okej. Det var nära till tunnelbanan, trevlig personal, bra städat och allt var i gott skick. Någontign som var en riktig besvikelse samt rätt besvärligt var den såkalalde "king size sängen" man skulle få med "Loft Premium". Detta är en ren lögn. Det var två enkelsängar som var ihopskjutna. När jag letade hotell så letade jag aktivt efter rum som *INTE* hade detta men fick det ändå trotts att det utlovades en king size säng. Den gick inte att använda som en dubbelsäng då sängarna åkte isär om man försökte vara på "mitten". Man fick helt enkelt använda sig av det som två enkelsängar. Väldigt irriterande. Relativt lyhört när det kom till närliggande rum. Man hörde när folk gick upp för deras trappor och man kunde höra folk prata då och då. Var rätt obehagligt då det upplevdes som att någon gick upp för trappan i ens eget rum samt räddslan över att någon annan skulle höra en själv prata och lyssna på ens konversation/vad man gjorde. Hade antagligen inte valt att bo här igen av dessa anledningar.
