A nice little hotel with very friendly staff, the rooms aren't anything to brag about, neither is the restaurant. Still a bang for the buck, especially with the gym.

Christmas Stay

Week long stay over Xmas to be with children and granddaughter who live locally. The GM Hagersten is well placed for us and convenient for the Tunnelbana for when we need to travel into the city. A comfortable stay and good nights sleep for when the barnbarn has tired us out! Staff, no matter what duty, are always friendly and so attentive. Another enjoyable stay, see you again soon and a Got Nytt Ar to all!

This was my first time staying at Hägersten and it won't be my last! I came in late and was greeted immediately by a very friendly and funny receptionist. She was extremely informative, gave me some tips and ensured there is always someone at the reception, 24 hours a day. The room was much bigger than I had expected and was immaculately clean. Sure, there were some burn holes at the top of the curtains, but I was so pleased with the cleanliness that it wasn't a hint of a bother. The room was practically sound proof, I had a great sleep and had a desk to study at, a place to sit at relax, and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was the best!!!!

The window didn’t close so the room was not quiet. The Staff in the restaurant have more to learn. But Andreas in frontdesk, was an absolute star!! I love her.

This s a good basic hotel in the near suburbs, yet walking distance to the T-bana. Good breakfast and beds. Very busy with workers.There wasn’t too much parking in front they have a gated lot about a five minute walk alway. The hotel was full booked one of the nights and when we arrived after dinner one night all the parking and overflow were full with busses and trucks. So I had to park on street and pay for street parking. Also there was construction and they were denoting explosives underground next to the our room which disturbed my son who is sensitive to loud noises. I would stay again if there wasn’t construction.

Tallrikarna vid frukostbuffén hade matrester på sig både på ovan- och undersidorna så man fick sortera bort innan man hittade rena. Brickorna var våta. Sängarna bäddades och papperskorgar tömdes varje dag. Men två fläckar av något klibbigt som spillts tvättades inte bort under de fyra dagar vi stannade på hotellet. Dessutom var tvättstället smutsigt efter en städning och tvålbehållaren vid tvättstället tog två dagar att gå fylld. Personalen i receptionen var som vanligt trevliga. Sen var det nästan omöjligt att få parkeringsplats vid hotellet på grund av alla hantverkarbilar som står parkerade där. Förmodligen bor hantverkarna på hotellet, så det är inte deras eller ert fel. Det är bara ännu en sak som försämrats för oss andra boende under detta året.
