This hotel is run very efficiently. All the staff working here are attentive and give very personalized service. Our Premium Room with Panoramic View was everything I had imagined and then some! The view was mesmerizing ……esp. at night. Watching the moon juxtaposed with the majestic City Hall was stunning. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices and a great way to start the day. Will most certainly stay at this hotel …… and this room the next time we are in Stockholm!

Awesome location, so many great food and drink options nearby. The staff is super friendly and very helpful for offering advice. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

room was spacious and very calm (low ac noise, guests walking in the corridor) making sleep much easier buffet breakfast was fresh and of good quality / plenty of choice staff was very kind and helpful great gym there to train perfect location right in the city center making walking the city and back to the hotel very conveninent + located next to the train station which tremendously eases going to the airport

Excellent as always. The newly renovated 6th floor one bedroom suites very comfy and fresh. Everything new and lovely. The cleaning staff is always the nicest.

I stayed at the Johannesgatan 12 property. Be warned Stockholm has some hills with stairs so plan route from T-centralen carefully to avoid them if you are walking and have lots of bags! The property and room were great. Very quiet, very clean. It’s several buildings with an interior courtyard so I heard almost no street noise. Staff were very responsive to questions by email. The neighborhood is very residential so it’s pretty quiet, but an easy 20 minute walk to the central train station and...

Great hotel and stay! Staff was extremely nice!

The Location is great, is not in the City Centre but you can walk there in 45 minutes or so (and get to see some awesomeness from Stockhom) or take the Metro (100 metres from the hostel) and be there in less than 20 minutes. The staff was really nice, I got there too early and tired and since my bed was already empty they let me do an early check-in. I’ve stayed at this hotel 7 times now, and I genuinely wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Sweden! It has become my home away from home in Stockholm, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The rooms are absolutely perfect. They don’t feel like typical hotel rooms but rather like a cozy, thoughtfully designed bedroom in someone’s home. The staff, though, are what truly make this place special. Really good place to stay, unbelievable price and must try the breakfast buffet. The owner of the place and staff are great at giving recommendations, can’t recommend the staff enough. Especially the person who cooks who I couldn’t catch the name of, also hana at reception.

Beautiful, clean, cozy, great buffet breakfast, even free sauna! The room was tiny but cute. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to metro. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a no-frills hotel. Which is exactly what I expected and what I paid for. Very pleased with my stay and experience and would definitely stay here again.
