The service was impeccable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the restaurant, lounge and bar were excellent. I would definitely stay here in the future and highly recommend it.

Super helpful Front Desk staff. It was a crazy weekend in Stockholm with Kukture Fest and some ultra endurance sporting event all on and the hotel full. I liked the hotel, my small double room for a single could have been brighter ( it was on the lowest guest floor) : one lamp did not work at all and the other ceiling lights not very bright.

lovely hotel - only gripe is the Gold Bar opening times - for a 4.5* hotel i’d expect the bar to be open all day, and stay open until midnight for residents.

I had an event within the hotel and can’t complain about anything. Hotel is great, staff are wonderful. Highly recommended. Great location and easy access to the station straight to the airport.

Very helpful reception staff (got us a prompt dinner at a very good restaurant) , outside employee made sure we got a cab promptly, delicious breakfast and pleasant room.

Beautiful hotel in a great area with tons of charm and character. My only complaint is there is a lively nightclub playing loud music nearby until 2-3am (stayed Thurs & Fri nights in November). Would still definitely stay here again.

Thanks to the staff

Nobis were a great experience. A rather small room on the 6th floor, with a view was as expected. A little worn though, but cosy and ok. But even though we were on the 6th. we had the "pleasure" of two nights with a nightclub until 12 or 1 keeping us awake. I can't imagine that if you are closer it would be unbearable. However the staff were pure class. Attention to detail and very, very good.

The basic rooms are super small. The lighting in the room was horrible. The bathroom was rather nice, with heated floors. The breakfast was wonderful, great selection, fresh food, and very nice servers.
