Overall, a good stay — the hotel is modern and comfortable enough for short or business trips. However, the rooms don’t have a fridge or coffee machine, which is a bit inconvenient for longer stays. Breakfast is fine, fairly standard with decent variety but nothing special. The biggest downside was housekeeping — after a full week, no one came to clean my room or refresh towels. A little more attention to basic upkeep would make the experience much better.

The staff was nothing like I’ve seen before. They were all so nice and accommodating. Anything you asked for they went above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast was amazing every day. It was a really wonderful stay. Very convenient to the subway and shopping was just a few yards away. Loved everything about it.

Bikes for ride for free! Only problem was condition of bikes, need to do maintenance. Also had small problem with ID, what was given as guarantee - consierge couldn't find it for about hour.

Exceptional Breakfast in Kista

Kista for business! This hotel is close to the offices and the galeria - a quick walk to the train station. All in all worthwhile but not the greatest hotel in the world - I should add its worth the money. Breakfast was execptional.
