"The cottage was no frills but had everything we needed and was nestled in a quiet area surrounded by native vegetation and many types of birds. The screened in porch and pool was perfect for relaxing too. The pier is a few feet away with easy access for kayaking or watching the green sea turtles from there. Valerie is a top notch host and ensures that you have everything that you need. Thanks again Valerie - we had a great time!"

"We loved our stay in Hartswell! The house was perfect for our time there and it had everything we needed. The views were lovely and the location is great - not too far from town but enough to feel off the beaten path. Warren was available as needed and checked in often! "A brand new house on the beach. Everything was awesome, from contact with the owner and with interior of this lovely house. We used the kayaks a lot and paddled to the small islands near by for snorkeling. The house has everything you need for a great stay."

"We had a wonderful experience staying at The Turquoise at Hoopers Bay Beach. The house had a nice wrap-around porch which was nice after a long day at the beach. The appliances were updated and the bathroom was super cute. The whole place was well laid out and comfortable. Our friend group would LOVE to stay at The Turquoise again one day."

"Valerie met us and took us to the cottage to check in and made sure we were comfortable with everything. The cottage was lovey and every detail was addressed. It was very private. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and sent time relaxing outside in the hot tub and lounging in spa like setting inside. Great time!"

"If you wish to stay on a lovely small houseboat in the beautiful turquoise water of a quiet island this is it. The resort restaurant is a two minute walk with great Bahamian cuisine. Fresh fish and other choices. The continental breakfast is truly a full fresh breakfast. Everyone knows you and wants to help you. There are fishing tours readily available and we spent a good Part of the week hiking about and lying on the empty beaches. Lots of sailboat cruisers around to chat with and other areas...

"The Coconut Breeze house was in a perfect location. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 5, although could have accommodated more people easily. The pool is small but beautiful. The views are spectacular and the beach is pristine. Host and caretaker are extremely responsive both before and during the stay. Would highly recommend!"
