"Great stay and location close to shops, bars and restaurants. 25 minute walk to our gig. Staff were friendly as ever, although the hotel is a maze and we kept getting lost looking for the stairs to avoid the lift and get our steps in 😂!"

There was some problem with the reservation and they took full control of the situation, checked us in and dealt with the admin part in the meantime. The room. Was beautiful and all the meals we had very high quality with plenty of choices. "Fantastic hotel in central Manchester - 2 minute walk to the metro. Lots of great bars and restaurants in walking distance. Hotel room was clean and spacious with comfy bed and electric blackout blind. Lovely swimming pool which guests can pre book for a one hour slot. "
