This was my second time and last time. Check in is fine. The staff are very friendly and polite. The cleanliness is standard for the price range. Convenient to I5 and plenty of fast food around. My issue, for the second time the shower head was completely clogged with hardly any water coming out, only one setting worked and it was less than a pepee, the shower made a horrible screeching sound, it took forever for hot water. This was the exact same problem as last time in a different room. Then I could hear everything from the room above me. I barely slept, feel dirty, and will never return.

Check in was So smooth and the lady on the front desk was so kind and friendly to my kids..the beds were so comfortable that we decided to miss the breakfast..we definitely go back when visiting our friends in the area

Comfortable beds with fresh sheets and soft pillows. Very clean. Breakfast was well prepared and attendant was astute. Check in was easy. Air conditioning was cool. Be aware location has highway noise.

Easy access off frwy

Good location right off frwy. Lots of food options nearby. Had a bell cart that was very handy. Great breakfast included. Great lighting in the parking lot.

Probably one and done

Low water pressure. Fridge made racket all night and so did the AC. Elevator broke down right before leaving and we had to sherpa our stuff from the top floor. I will say the staff were very nice.

Flag City is really convenient and you don’t have to stay in Stockton. The area us safe, has plenty of food spots and you can readily get gas… The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and Best Westerns do a breakfast. We got a great rate by booking early…
