The room was smelly, towels had small stains, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned but worse thing was room 101 (adjoining wall) had yelling and fighting. I called the front desk to complain and she hung up on me before I could explain the extent of the disturbance. However, the morning staff were very pleasant and accomodating
