"We loved the features throughout the building. The beams, low ceilings, uneven floors...really kept the character of the building. Rooms were nice albeit a bit strange having the shower in the room and not in the ensuite but good use if available space given grade 2 listed building regulations."
"There are not enough superlatives to describe this hotel and its incredible grounds!
The food was Excellent - better than the Michelin * restuarants I have been to recently in London and Venice. The grounds are spectacular - all 66 acres of them and its worth visiting just for this alone.
The bedrooms are very nice and confortable. We had an Orangery suite which has Aircon. The Main house rooms do not.
The staff were superb! Expecially compared to some other much more expensive hotels...

"We are just back from an amazing 3 night stay at the Legoland resort hotel. The hotel is fantastic, so much for children to do, we loved the Themed rooms and the entertainment for the kids. The early access to the parks when you purchase park tickets is an added bonus to beat some queues.
It’s just short walk from the hotel to the park. Would definitely stay again! "
"The Bull is a traditional pub. We were warmly welcomed on arrival.
The bed was comfy and shower worked well.
Breakfast had plenty of choices, including lovely fresh fruit and was cooked beautifully.

We stayed in an executive room this time - we liked the extra space and would book this again. Last time we were there we were helping some friends who had suffered a tragedy that day, and I managed to knock over a large G&T. Even without knowing what we were dealing with, the lady behind the bar calmly cleared up the mess and...
