"A wonderful stay!"

"Cosy, warm room with very comfortable bed. Fresh milk and a coffee percolator as well as a kettle were a bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would use the pub again if we were in the area. Very attractive pub downstairs."

"My wife and I stayed here for our minimoon and enjoyed the architecture and views of the surrounding hills. What a lovely place to reset and the team were so helpful and accommodating. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and spa were a treat!"

"We would stay here again. Very comfortable staff was so nice and friendly resturant is wonderful fish and chips were amazing."

The swimming pool, while not large, was heated to a decent temperature and the same depth throughout…good for kids. It could have benefitted from having a few hotel-provided floatation devices and the showers turned off very quickly, but the shampoo and shower gel provided were also decent quality. Bad/improvement points: Booked a room with a sofa-bed...

"Room 308 is my preferred room and is reserved for me when I'm in town so if you do get the unlikely opportunity to stay in this room please treat it with respect. You can leave me a gift showing your appreciation. Thank you and goodnight."

"Great location!"
