"Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...

"We stayed with friends and 3 young children between us. Adrian and Jenna were such kind and generous hosts. The house was perfect for our families - lots of space and so convenient for all the amenities Ashburton has to offer, as well as local excursions. We had a great stay!"

"The house was perfect for 15 of us to stay for the weekend and we would definitely book to stay again in future. The facilities are exactly as listed and the house is conveniently located, with beautiful sea views. There are a couple of things to note that could do with improvements, the main one being that it was almost impossible to have a shower as the water pressure is very poor in all of the en suits."

"Lovely property. But you will need to bring your own shower gel or soap, as normally these things are provided In small disposables, but was not here. Paper towels also needed to buy. Parking isn't free, £8 a day in the car park opposite."
