"The room was very big for European standards. Staff was helpful at reception, there is parking but you need a car to get around. There is a gas station with snacks and drinks across the street, McDonalds within a few minutes, and a 10-15 walk to a Starbucks but about a 15-20 minute drive to Rotterdam central, 10 minute drive to restaurants. Very easy highway access. There is a casino next door, However no live dealers."

It gets everything right - punctual and convenient free airport shuttle - consistently friendly and helpful staff - spacious rooms with big windows and balconies - beautiful landscaping - adjacent to walking paths for outdoor exercise - a spacious, airy fitness facility with windows all around (views of garden) - an incredible immaculate breakfast buffet - and even a little self-serve washer & dryer in the "ironing room." The hotel has been run by the same family for 5 generations, and they clearly know their business."

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a stunning view of the harbor—an ideal retreat after a day of exploring. The location is outstanding: easy walking distance to many of the city’s main attractions, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. There’s even a restaurant onsite for added convenience. The hotel also features an onsite parking garage, which made things especially easy for us. It’s at the end of the Erasmus Bridge, which gave us a perfect place to walk and enjoy everything that Rotterdam has to offer - international restaurants, local culture, museums, etc. The atmosphere is distinctly urban chic—modern, energetic, and thoughtfully curated. We felt completely safe in the area, had no trouble getting Ubers, and found it a perfect base for discovering all that Rotterdam has to offer. Local friends recommended Hotel Bruno to us, and we’re so glad they did. Absolutely worth it."
