Sun n sand is a hidden gem in stone harbor. The owners are accommodating and friendly. The spot is in walking distance to downtown and the beach. Price is reasonable. Facility can accommodate all ages and abilities. Love the suites for family and prefer over home rentals for a few days.

Quaint place at Stone Harbor. The only thing I would complain about is the shower head. It was super charged. Maybe one a little softer. Other than that, the owners were super nice and helpful with suggestions. The property was well kept.

It’s a real charming slice of the old school Jersey shore nestled amidst the sometimes gauche luxury of Stone Harbor. It has everything you need just a few blocks from downtown and the beach.

Cute, basic motel -- no frills, but none needed for a beach town trip. Staff are very friendly and nice, and the location is an easy walk (a few blocks) to either the beach or downtown. Highly recommend!

Property was well maintained, rooms were very clean, and check-in and check out was convenient. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit worn on one side, but for only a few nights it was manageable. The location was excellent only a few blocks from the center of town, and 3 blocks to a lovely beach. Would definately recommend, and plan to return to again.

This is a great motel for a low key, no frills experience. Very close to the beach, walkable to the major shopping and restaurants in the center of town. Has its own parking lot. The rooms are somewhat small. The walls are thin (you can hear your neighbors). TV, WiFi, mini fridge. Just the basics, but cute and clean.
