Quaint, comfy farmhouse

We stayed with our adult children and absolutely loved this house. Cute patio and outdoor space, ping pong tables and bikes in the garage. The house is an old historic home with original hardwoods and thick stone walls, but the appliances, fixtures and beds are all updated and beyond comfortable. Delores is a gracious, responsive host who makes the space even better with small honey touches - fully stocked kitchen and baths, even S’Mores for the outside firepit. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Perfect country getaway

My brother and I—along with our spouses—had a wonderful time visiting the hill country and celebrating my parents’ 80th birthdays! This home was the perfect blend of charm, history, and comfort! We loved the outdoor fireplace and all of the beautiful areas to explore outside the home. The two ping pong tables got lots of use! Our host was very helpful, and we really appreciated knowing some of the history of the home and area. We will definitely return to your home, hopefully sooner than later!

Annual stay

We've celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and just enjoyed getting away here. The fenced in property is the perfect place for kids to roam and nothing beats coffee on the front porch in the morning. We look forward to visiting every year. The owners are kind, thoughtful and responsive.

Perfect hill country escape

Another perfect weekend in the hill country

Staying here has become an annual tradition for our family. My 6 year old draws pictures and writes stories about her favorite place in the world, this farm house. The house has it all, comfortable beds, ample seating indoors and out, a well stocked kitchen and all the entertainment options.

Quaint house in a very peaceful setting. Lots of room to cook, visit and sleep. The kitchen is nicely stocked with needed items and has a large table to enjoy meals together. The back patio and screened in porch offers additional spaces to gather. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here! Loved this property! We will definitely return!

One of a Kind

This house in the country was the perfect getaway for our family vacation. Delores communicated through the entire process and the house was amazing. Everything we needed was there. The outdoor patio and backyard were great. The kids loved the upstairs room. Would love to stay here again some time.

Family getaway

We LOVE this property. The Is was our second visit and we already booked our third. With a well stocked kitchen, 3 bathrooms and fabulous outdoor space there is room for everyone. The indoors is beautiful but we spend our mornings with coffee on the front porch and evening playing yard games, grilling and making an outdoor fire.

Perfect place for a girls trip

This house was so much more than we expected. Such a beautiful location and awesome patio to sit and relax on. The house was stocked with many extras. You felt right at home. Then the location was close to the highway with many wineries and just a few minutes outside of town. We would totally stay here again!

What a great property. Pictures don’t do it justice. Great place to get away from it all!

We stayed here with our adult children while in town for a wedding. Can’t say enough good things about the property. Host has gone above and beyond to make sure anything you could possibly need is there. Comfy beds made for a great night’s sleep. A great time was had by all. Highly recommend.
