"We had issues with our door in room 259. It was hard to open and close that door. I did not inform the hotel about the issue as I figured out a way to open and close the door while I was there. However, it was a bit of a challenge to open and close that door."

"Amazing. Heated pool and hot tub were perfect on our rainy cooler summer day. Shuffleboard was fun. They should update the room photos because it was much nicer than we expected. 5 stars for location, price and beach pass was included!"

"They have a very large fleet of senior mobility vehicles, like Hover-Rounds. The property has numerous paths that will take you everywhere on the property and provide you a shorter distance to walk anywhere is you need to walk at all. When right from our Hotel lobby at the Fox Wood Tower right to the front doo of Hell's Kitchen in the Pequot Lodge."

"Everything was great. I thought I read the breakfast was amazing, and instead it wasn't as good as Hampton Inn. Rooms were fine, but boring. Everything else was great. Perhaps I had gotten an overly high expectation from the posting."

"It would’ve been very helpful had there been a microwave in the room for warming up food. Not ONCE did anyone come to bring fresh towels or t paper, we had to go ask for the items to be brought to the room. However there’s a card on the nightstand to tip housekeeping, ?"
