"Had a great stay and would 100% recommend it for anyone staying in Geiranger. We appreciated being far enough up the hill to get away from the thick crowds of cruise ship tourists. Consider asking for a third floor room if possible. We stayed on the second floor and because of the slope of the road in front of the building it felt a bit like ground floor when tour busses come past! But even with a second floor room I still highly recommend this location. Rooms are tiny and bathrooms are dated, typical of a classic European hotel, but they are clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were excellent. Spring the extra money for the fjord facing rooms — worth it! "

"Good hotel in a good spot to go to Trollstigen! Nice, clean, centrally located. Check in/out could be smoother like scanning a QR code instead of having to look up booking references. You have to type in all booking references if you book more than one room using the same name."
