Nice place to stay

Very comfortable, clean, updated B&B in a beautiful small village just a few miles from Cambridge. Very welcoming owner and great made-to-order breakfasts. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful, tastefully updated property. No detail has been overlooked. Host is very friendly, although a bit too much though. He was very kind, but some people just prefer to be left alone.

Loved this place. Gorgeous little pub with large rooms in separate annex. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating, rooms were beautiful, clean and cosy and food (we had dinner and breakfast) was delicious. Highly recommend for anyone staying in or around Newmarket area.

Good location on outskirts of the city.

Clean property and very pleasant staff. We paid for the breakfast but didn’t have an opportunity to use it due to our schedule. Loved the heated towel rack in the bathroom.

A lovely local place to stay with king size beds, air conditioning, mini fridge, morning coffee, fabulous showers, high ceilings, a great staff. All tucked away behind an outdoor area and a wonderful traditional English pub.

Check in was a breeze. Room was immaculately clean. Double bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were very attentive. Breakfast offerings were about average for a hotel. Dining menu was limited, but presented well. Dining staff was shorthanded as all restaurants or hotels seem to be these days, but were very attentive to requests. Very comfortable bed, quiet

The quaint historic room was comfortable and with an en- suite and soaking tub. The restaurant was like a high level restaurant with an extensive menu. I had the Rogan Josh curry which was amazing. The potato soup was the BEST I have EVER had!! Our breakfast was very good too. Full English with local sausage. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. It was so peaceful and quiet. Worth being a little bit out of town. So relaxing.

For the price this place is very nice.
