"The room was clean, comfortable and the hotel was modern and great amenities. "

"The room was lovely, very clean and just all round nice. The bathroom was outstanding with the loveliest of baths. The staff were very polite and courteous with one member of staff going above and beyond his duties. Tom, not only cooked the most delicious breakfast, but he also cleared inches of snow off our car so we could get on the move, safely. The night before, we also got chatting with one of the waiters at dinner. He was a lovely gentleman too. Nothing was too much for them. Amazing service all round. My only negative point is that I believed I was booking a room with a four poster bed. This was a Christmas gift for my partner. However, it turns out that the four poster room, no longer has a four poster bed. This was definitely a disappointment as that was one of the reasons I booked out stay there. I feel that the photos/description should have been updated with this as it is somewhat misleading. Fortunately though, everything else was perfect."

"Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially Fay (hopefully I've spelt her name correctly). Food is brilliant and the bar area is such a nice place sit. Only thing I would maybe say is the lighting in the restaurant is quite bright but that is being a bit pernickety. I would highly recommend staying there. I very much doubt you'll find better in the area. "
