"The house was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Kitchen was well stocked. Convenient location between Dunotter Castle and Aberdeen. Small shop for essentials just across the street, larger stores 5 minute drive. Definitely recommend."

"Spacious rooms and clean! The staff were polite and accommodating. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a good value."

"Always room to park, clean apartroom, kitchen fully equipped and staff always helpful and friendly."

"The owner was VERY attentive, from parking to grocery shopping to restaurants for breakfast or dinner. Even gave us a scenic route to drive to Inverness that we enjoyed."

"The place looked quite ominous and derelict with poor signage. There were signs asking for car parking payment, although parking costs were included in the accommodation package. Reception staff did nothing to help clarify this, indeed adding to this confusion for a short while. The accommodation was not as described. Which is really my main gripe. "When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. "Great place to stay in the city centre"

"Very comfortable, plenty of parking. Good location "

"Clean rooms"

"It was a very beautiful flat, nicely decorated, well equipped, and felt like home. If I stay in the area again, I definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone. Plus, there's a grocery store, restaurant and park right around the corner."

"Our host let us down and didn’t give us check in information so we couldn’t t get in and had to book a hotel. He phoned eventually and said he was too far away. Should be struck off and we expect a full refund."

"Lied about location"

"My parents and I had a lovely stay at this property for my summer graduation. The view of the river was beautiful and the flat was very tidy and spacious. It was really handy to have one bedroom with an ensuite. Thank you to Junaid for leaving complementary cleaning/food products for us to use during our stay. I would recommend Ferryhills Riverside Retreat"

"Family friendly ideal location for what we were doing "
