"Our 9-night stay in Scotland was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. We were so impressed by the thoughtful touches at Aulton Stables, including fresh fruit, milk, bread, eggs and chocolates on arrival. The bathroom was also well stocked with toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner and cotton pads. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a toaster, kettle, hob and dishwasher. There’s no traditional oven, but the combination microwave/air fryer/oven...

"The Strathburn is a charming hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We found it quite warm in the room likely because the days were warmer than we expected & there is no A/C. We were disappointed that there is no longer a restaurant for dinner in the evening. The staff was helped us to order pizza to be delivered to the hotel."

"What a beautifully unique place to stay! We were in the Gamekeeper's bothy and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and spacious and the wood stove kept us plenty warm! We never saw any red squirrels but I did see a beautiful jay that was so different from the blue jays we have in the US. I would stay here again in a minute!"
