"The caravan its self was ok. a little dated and obviously had dogs in there before we were there. However the communication with Linden Lodgings who look after the booking is shocking. I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking. Not picking up the phone nor responding to emails"

"Very spacious and clean. Nicely decored and homely. Everything you need is there and the host is very good and responsive to queries. The lodge is situated on a nice quiet camp site and has its own single carspace right outside. Basic toiletries (soap and showergel) were provided as were towels and bedding. tea, coffee and sugar were also there and the host provided a small pint of milk and a small pack of biscuits on arrival. "The cabin had everything you could wish for and the hot tub was amazing at the end of the day."

"Served its purpose for a one night stop over, basic and a bit tired, stains on sofa and carpet, only one double sofa which sank when you sat on it so the third person had to sit on a hard dining chair. Basic utensils, no wine glasses but did have a gravy boat 😁 comfortable beds, met by the pleasant host, all in all fine "

"Very impressed with the lodge, they had clearly thought of everything. I took most things like washing up liquid, cloths, kitchen roll, toilet rolls but I neednâ€™t had bothered as they were all provided. Even hairdryer, iron and ironing board were provided. It was like home from home.My only negative was the sofas were a little stiff and uncomfortably but as the lodge was a dog friendly one, I understand why they needed to be leather.The beds were very clean and comfortable.
