Additionally, the shelf was not functioning for the last two days of our five-day stay."

"Great location. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Spacious and clean room. Bed mattresses were a bit too hard. The shower has only a piece of glass to stop the water from spilling out into the bathroom but it’s very small and water gets all over the floor. Not very safe. Overall a positive experience."
