"Hotel is a straight shot from train station to the charm of Strasbourg. Simple & cute lobby, front desk not very friendly, made some comment about knowing we were Americans the minute we spoke. We shook it off that maybe his shift was ending after a long day?! lol The hallways lit up as soon as we got off the elevator in bright color tones & lovely French inspired illustrations covered the walls. The room was an expected European size, very bright & modern. Loved the desk open closet. We had two French doors that opened to the bustling side streets. Bed was comfortable & had perfect little side tables. The bathroom was a step up, which made the space feel a bit on the small side. Air conditioner worked great & kept us cool. The absolute highlight was the perfect French breakfast buffet offerings & a VERY attentive hostess. Inviting seating area as well. Would definitely recommend & stay again."

"Got upgraded to a larger room in the building next to reception. Staff helped me with suitcases when moving over, and room is clean and spciaous. Free water available downstairs (think they offer free drinks at the main building too). Location very convenient, 5 minute walk from the train station. Also very soundproof - you won't hear any noises from the room."

"The staff were very friendly. The room was small as I had read on previous reviews but it was okay for our 1 night stay. The shower cubicle was small. There were work going on in the hotel outside our room which is why I haven't given it a 5 star review as we did have some noise from this and I don't think we were told before our arrival that this was happening."

"Great location and very reasonably priced for the amenities you get. I would stay here again. Shower and bathroom facilities good and own fridge with kettle and teas supplied. Temperature control for room simple to use. Only thing I would of liked more of is pillows. Could of asked for more but could not be bothered as minor complaint. Great place to stay on a budget."

"If I were able to give 10 I would. BRAVO BEST WESTERN for not deviating from your excellent standards across Europe. Each and every BW we stayed in had the same excellence. Here are the hilites for this hotel: -Friendly, multilingual and very responsive, superbly considerate and kind staff. Tremendously welcoming Reception. Helpful and collaborative would be an understatement. - Extremely close to the train station, 5 mins tops! - Reception area is well designed. A wet bar, and a lot of sitting room, lemon water, cake available if you need to wet your throat. - Great breakfast !! - I would stay at this hotel again and again.. Thank you."
