"An extremely clean and tidy hotel, staff were excellent and spa facilities extremely good. The one down side was the fact that we asked the staff at the front desk to order a taxi for us from the hotel to Flackwell Heath golf club. The taxi charged us a “fixed fee” of £25 for a five mile taxi ride. I suggest that The Crowne Plaza refrain from using Charlie’s executive cars from now on! This was a £10 journey at most."

It helped that the hotel had great activities for children for half term. The only fault is the pool times for children are a bit limited but it was fine. "

She took care of us from check-in to check-out, especially my grandnieces with special treats. Listen up Village Hotel Management, you have a gem in Zara and her customer service skills and empathy for guests should be taught to all staff.
