"Gayla at the Front Desk is the absolute best part of this facility. Friendly, efficient, helpful, the best. However, the room was filthy. Toilet seat actually had dried feces on it which I cleaned off myself. Rug filled with crumbs. One lamp totally unfunctional. Since it was a short overnight stay with an early airport departure, I chose not to contact desk or change rooms. "

"Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Outside garbage by entrance door was overflowing when we arrived late afternoon and had not been emptied the next morning. Garbage had spread to the parking lot. Would not stay here again. "
