"We loved our stay at the Biltmore! So many nice extras in the room like a Nespresso maker and plush robes, bottles of water, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and Lotion. A steamer! A tub and shower, lovely patio, seating area and fire pit. The room service breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. We were next to one of seven pools. There is even an ice cream shop! Lovely hotel."

"I liked it stay, room was gorgeous. Views impeccable; staff amazing. Yep things kept me from giving them a 5. 1) aerial yoga class was cancelled and we didn’t know until we showed up. She said there was “no way to contact me” but I gave them my phone number when I signed up and they didn’t even check to see if I was a guest? 2) vegan food options were non existent so we door dashed a couple times. Would have preferred to be able to eat thheor food, at the bar/restaurant."

"We stayed at one of their two bedroom suites and it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The Jackrabbit Pool was a short walk away and perfect for cooling off during the hot days that we stayed. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and kept our rooms cleaned daily. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again in the future!"
