"It was totally good by considering the price"

"I've stayed here many times and have always had a great experience, this time was a little different as the cabin I was staying in was very tired, gaps in the doors and windows ranging from 1cm to 2 possibly 3 cm where Icould see daylight were not ideal as it was a very windy and rainy day making the cabin very drafty and cold. This doesn't take away anything from the service, cleanliness and great food that is always given.... Just this particular stay wasn't to the normal great standard. "

"We are visiting family who live down the lane. When we first arrived they had us in a room above the entrance. Since it was warm we kept the windows open but unfortunately could hear people as the exited the building. The owner allowed us to move to a quiet room. The owner,Dave, is wonderful. Allowed us an early check in. Dave is also the chef and did a stellar English breakfast!"

"Very near to a beautiful country side where to go for a walk and watch sunset. Only 10-15’ from city centre. Super clean, they make your room everyday without you asking and add everyday cookies and water."

"We stayed here to go to Cheltenham Football Stadium. It was a short walk and we enjoyed our stay. Parking in Cheltenham town centre is tricky."

"The pictures on the Expedia don't do justice to the place. Each room is a very lovely cabin in a very peaceful area. It's 5 minutes walk to the Birmingham Arena, so if you need a place to stay after a gig, that's definitely the best solution. The business owner is also very kind and he will also give you all the information you need to move around the area."

"The room smelt fresh and was clean. It was comfortable and had a decent en-suite. The hotel manager was very polite, pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast which was healthy and sufficient. It was a small hotel but that didn’t matter. "

"Cons- Bed gave us both back ache , woken at 5 am to lots of barking dogs. Pros- Lovely room, spacious in the heart of Broadway close to all. "

"Don't be put off by scaffolding & work going on outside. Inside is very cosy & clean. Warm welcome from owners. Room was a good size for a single with a spacious bathroom. The continental breakfast was superb. Only a couple of minutes walk to parade and all the amenities. Will definitely return next time I'm in Leamington. "

"Lovely place, unstaffed but easy access. Only issue was it was very hot even with a fan on a day that was 20 degrees C outside, so would be unbearable in the height of summer. Fan was in the room, but didn’t do much. Open windows wouldn’t have helped due to road noise. "

"Great communication, property beautifully decorated. Alrhough no parking there is a 24hr carpaek 5minutes walk away and reasonably priced. Easy to unload bags as road next to it has 1hr free parking. 5min walk and you are in centre of the town which is stunning"

"This property certainly lived up to its title, Cotswolds Heaven! Very clean, comfortable, cosy and quiet and well equipped. The location was ideal being a short drive from Stratford and a little further from other Cotswold towns/villages. The alpacas and goats certainly add an interest that we all enjoyed and the hot tub was a great hit with everyone; we used it morning and evening.
