"A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, unfortunately the level of service was poor, we stayed 3 nights and our room was not serviced despite leaving the sign on the door, seemed to be a lack of management leadership, staff didn't seem to know what they were supposed to be doing, no urgency even when no food at breakfast."

"A lovely stay. The room was very elegant, clean, and luxurious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was top notch and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the old castle. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again."
