"Situated on the main road through Aviemore so perfect for shops, pubs, cafes and the bus and train. Only fault i have, nothing the motel can do though, is it was a little noisy with the road traffic and the train line so bear in mind if your used to a little more rural settings. Place was immaculately clean, plenty parking and room was a great size. Had a fantastic few days and would recommend using the motel as a base for exploring the area. "

"Stayed at the resort while travelling for work this was quite an expensive hotel for me but alway wanted to stay in Aviemore, the staff were great on check-in but in general I wouldn’t stay again the hotel is in need general repair with gutter and soffit hanging off as the first thing I noticed pulling up. The rooms are seriously dated and in need of a major update ! When I got to my room I found confetti around the floor which leads me to think it hadn’t been cleaned very well. "

"We were lucky enough to arrive to snow falling and a lovely toasty house with some very nice gifts ( thank you GNL). We lit the fire and watched the snow fall and then after dinner had a lovely dip in the hot tub. The house is situated in a lovely quiet area with an amazing pub down the road but even better than that has a walk directly from the bottom of the garden to the River Spey and on the speyside way, with views of the Cairngorms. We loved it as did our dog Murphy, the enclosed garden was brilliant. So many beautiful places to walk nearby including Loch Garten, Loch Morlich and the stunning Loch Eilein (we went twice and walked different routes round the Loch each time. We had a couple of very minor issues and GNL responded quickly and dealt with them. Thank you for a lovely stay in a beautiful house, we will be back."

"NO POOL! Also -Maintenance staff and supervisor showing complete disregard for customer privacy and willingly disturbing guests then knocking on door to again disturb and also argue with guests when asked to stop and get off the roof . ... Management had no idea what was going on in there in their own resort. Avoid "

"The room we stayed in, was cosy, warm and welcoming. It had a lovely cottage feel to it. The staff were amazing, so accommodating, friendly and made our trip so memorable with some fantastic recommendations to do. Breakfast was delightful!"
