"I was only there for two nights. I was very impressed with the facility. It was so cozy, I felt like I was not in California. I felt like I had traveled somewhere up north in Washington because of how beautiful the landscape was all around. I stayed in #10 one bedroom 1 bath and a tiny kitchen, which was perfect for me. There was a daybed in the living room which was perfect for a party of 4. I really did enjoy staying at Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins. I slept better knowing the Sheriffs Dept was right across the street and the Fire Dept. A week before I stayed in Big Bear on the north shore in an Air B and B and that was awful. Don't stay in Big Bear in an Air B and B, they make you haul your trash bags with you to transport your trash bags in your car to a dump site with 20 other cars waiting to drop off their garbage bags as well. STAY IN ARROWHEAD Pine Rose Cabins instead! I was sad I had to leave, but alas I will be back with my klan in the spring. xoxo."

"The home was a nice place to step away from the business of life. I would recommend that the open plan bathroom should be mentioned. It was awkward and challenging for 4 adults. The upstairs bedrooms only exit was through the only bathroom. I would say it would be better to advertise it as being for two parents and their young children.I did love sitting on the patio in the morning being greeted by the lovely birds."

"The place was easy to find, we had enough parking for our two cars and enjoyed the multilevel cabin. It is well maintained and has a lot of things to keep you entertained- bbq islands galore, fire pits, infrared sauna and the outside tubs than can be turned into cold plunge stations with a medium bowl of ice from the fridge. I was only surprised by how much traffic you can hear from the backyard since it’s about 70-80 feet from the Grass Valley road that connects to the 189 highway. The neighborhood is super quiet and private. I drove into the Lake Arrowhead Village which was a very short drive. But overall, it is a nice cabin and cared for by the owners. "

"A family wedding brought over 40 aunts, uncles and cousins from seven different states (and this was just the bride's side!) to the Twin Peaks/Lake Arrowhead region. We were spread around several different properties in the area, and while we never hosted anyone at this property, we had the opportunity to visit family in four of the other properties. The one we stayed in was, in my opinion, the cleanest, nicest and most comfortable.After a day of boisterous shenanigans with all my siblings and their (and our!) adult children, it was always great to get back to "our place" to relax and wind down.It was, indeed, a perfect family retreat!"
