"Made a reservation, called during their business hours to confirm check in, no one answered. After several tries they were not able to get a hold of them. We ended up booking a different hotel for this reason and this hotel still charged us the full amount without us even able to check in. This is a total scam."

We could buy both lift cards and lockers at the cabins from the hotel. Very smooth and easy. Super breakfast buffet and nice dinner menus. Everything was super clean! The sauna and steambath in the basement was a Lovely way to end a day of skiing."
