"The staff made us feel welcome and right at home. Having afternoon cocktails or a light night amaro on the patio was delightful! The bathroom was spacious and very clean. Great shower! The bed was very comfortable and the linens were soft but crisp. Had a wonderful nights rest! Palazzo Dipinto was a lovely hotel to stay in Lucca. Will stay there again should we return to Lucca. Thank you!"

"A very good hotel. Well maintained and looked after. Staff friendly and efficient. Modern, clean and comfortable. Only issue is that it’s a ten minute walk into the city of Lucca, but not a big deal if you’re mobile. Would recommend."

"We visited the San Luca Palace in September. The rooms are magnificent. Clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the town centre (about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the staff calm and attentive. There is also a very good restaurant about 3 doors down from the hotel. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"We have stayed at Hotel Eden often and always find it a wonderful value and the location can't be beat. Everything was really good except the water pressure was very low especially as you adjusted for a hot shower. Otherwise staff, cleanliness, breakfast all were very consistent as they have been in the past. Thank you!"

"The hotel is located very near the autostrade and outside the walled city. Access is easy and direct. Staff were multi lingual and friendly. English was not a problem. Parking is free. Breakfast is served as a buffet and you do need to notify if you intend to partake. It is 13euros. There is a good variety, but it is the same every day. There is an espresso/coffee machine. Nothing available to order. Amenities. There aren’t any (like fitness room or pool). There are meeting rooms up from the lobby. The restaurant isn’t open beyond breakfast and they only offer the buffet. The bar is only open weekdays in the evening. There is a supermarket next door and a McDonald’s around the corner, both easy walking distance. A bit further are a couple of sit-down restaurants and a very good pizzeria. There are more pizzerias here than Starbucks in Seattle! We would stay there again. The lack of amenities isn’t important to us."
